From my personal experience I learned that a transfer of USDC is coming with less transaction costs if you use Arbitrum and not Ethereum as network.

Question:

Are there any relevant stable coins based on the Euro and not the dollar.

This world is changing and the fiat currencies are still in the hands of this countries - so spreading over a few ones could be an idea💡.
