For our "angrillen" a friend of mine stopped by with a six-pack of a different styled "Ottakringer"

A week later I found 3 left over from our "1st day of the year BBQ" aka "angrillen"

My self-made burger

Not just a patty and a bun.

Here everything is a self made, OK beneath the cow.

Pattie

200g beef with a lot of spice and a huge part of cheese in the middle, wrapped with bacon.

Grilling

All this great combination got first with a lot of heat to get crispy and than some longer time just a little heat.

The bun

The buns - yeah - self-made from the scratch and still hot from the oven.

but now back to Falco...

Part of my youth and still a great song.

The Spot

My rating

A nice drinkable beer but nothing special for a @beerlover. Means not a bad beer, as this one is straight and fresh with a bit of bitterness. Very good to drink while listening to Falco. Goes well with Falco's favorite food Wiener Schnitzel, ham fritters, and apple strudel
