Diesmal geht es um ein Problem das Viele beschäftigt: Depressionen.
Da ich damit auch schon zu kämpfen hatte, wollte ich einen Einstieg in das Thema wagen und einige Hilfsmittel dazu preisgeben. Lass dich nicht unterkriegen, von nichts habe ich so viel gelernt wie von den Jahrzehnten voller Depressionen...
