Pelister is the highest peak (2603m) of Baba Mountain and a National park near Bitola, located in southwestern Macedonia. Rich in forests and nearly a hundred species of trees(oak, beech, pine, fir...) yet Pelister is well known after five-needle autochthonous tree Molika Pine (Pinus Peuce).
I see the mountain from the window and need half an hour by car to go to the ski center Kopanki(1800m). Every time I promise to go at least twice a month, but I rarely do it.
