Hola mis queridos! Quiero traer un post comentando lo que me pareció la granja de contacto que hay en el parque "Draculandia" en el estado Carabobo, Venezuela. Les quiero relatar mi experiencia de cerca con los animales que estaban, los que más me llamaro la atención.

Hello my darlings! I want to bring a post commenting on what I thought of the contact farm in the "Draculandia" park in Carabobo state, Venezuela. I want to tell you about my experience up close with the animals that were there, the ones that caught my attention the most.

Debo comenzar resaltando que quise ir a este parque primeramente a ver a los animales, disfruto de la naturaleza y era lo que más deseaba ver, quedé sorprendida en muchos aspectos cuando ya estaba yo en el parque...

I must start by emphasizing that I wanted to go to this park first to see the animals, I enjoy nature and it was what I most wanted to see, I was surprised in many aspects when I was already in the park...

En Draculandia hay muchas atracciones temáticas. Disfruté bastante de ellas, y justo de lo que más me entusiasmaba ver, no disfruté tanto, creo, que yo soy una persona muy sensible con los animales ya que desde niña estoy rodeada de muchos de ellos. Cada animal tiene su vibración, así como nosotros los humanos (también nos considero como animales), y la mayoria de las veces los animales en su naturaleza son bastante enérgicos, se sienten muy activos.
Cuando llegué al parque no sentí mucho esa sensación.

In Draculandia there are many themed attractions. I quite enjoyed them, and just what I was most excited to see, I did not enjoy so much, I think, that I am a very sensitive person with animals since I am surrounded by many of them since I was a child. Each animal has its vibration, just like us humans (I also consider ourselves as animals), and most of the time animals in their nature are quite energetic, they feel very active.
When I got to the park I didn't feel much of that feeling.

Ver a los animales encerrados, postrados ahí sin hacer mucho más que existir, me hizo reflexionar sobre el papel que cumplen relamente las granjas y programas con animales hacia todos en el mundo... En el parque se sienten muy orgullosos de tener un programa de ayuda para niños con autismo, hay caballlos que usan para esas terapias, son animales dósiles y se ve que hay personas profesionales que los cuidan. Sin embargo, a los demás animales los observé incómodos. Y por obvias razones ¡están encerrados!

Seeing the animals locked up, prostrated there without doing much more than existing, made me reflect on the role that farms and programs with animals really play towards everyone in the world... In the park they feel very proud to have a program of help for children with autism, there are horses that they use for these therapies, they are docile animals and it is seen that there are professional people who take care of them. However, I looked at the other animals uncomfortably. And for obvious reasons they are locked up!

Pensé que me iba a encontrar con mayor control y espacio para las especies exóticas que tienen, realmente es un pequeño espacio para tantos animales, hay vacas que están embarazadas, tristes como cansadas, sí bien todos los animales se ven limpios, y alimentados, eso no es todo para su bienestar. Tienen un espacio de contacto que realmente es agradable solo para los ovejos, las otras criaturitas están ahí durmiendo y unas dando vueltas en sus jaulas...

I thought that I would find more control and space for the exotic species that they have, it really is a small space for so many animals, there are cows that are pregnant, sad and tired, although all the animals look clean, and fed, that It's not all for your well-being. They have a contact space that is really pleasant only for the sheep, the other little creatures are there sleeping and some are walking around in their cages...

Es agradable a la vista si eres un niño, por ejemplo, porque hay muchos animales de diferentes especies, y es algo nuevo para muchos.

It is nice to look at if you are a child, for example, because there are many animals of different species, and it is something new for many.

Hay un pequeño monito que estaba encerrado jugando con un popote que seguramente le robó a algún turista, creo que debería existir gente que esté encargada de cada animal, el mono estaba junto con un armadillo y el armadillo daba vueltas en la misma dirección siempre y en ese corto espacio. No logré quitarle el popote, el mono mismo lo botó fuera de la jaula luego de masticarlo varias veces, se acercaba a mi tratando de quitarme mis pulseras. Aunque me pareció un juguetón, creo que debería tenes más espacio y control para que no se coma algo peligroso.

There is a little monkey that was locked up playing with a straw that he surely stole from some tourist, I think there should be people who are in charge of each animal, the monkey was together with an armadillo and the armadillo always turned in the same direction and in that short space. I couldn't get the straw out of him, the monkey himself threw it out of the cage after chewing it several times, he approached me trying to take off my bracelets. Although it seemed playful to me, I think you should have more space and control so that it does not eat something dangerous.

Las aves como los pavos reales y otras especies estaban en unas jaulas que a los lados tenían conejos escabuyéndose de un lado a otro...

Birds such as peacocks and other species were in cages that had rabbits on the sides sneaking from one side to the other...

Habían grandes espacios con demasiados ovejos y cabras.

There were big spaces with too many sheep and goats.

Estaban alimentándose y de verdad creo que eran los que mejor cuidado le daban.

They were feeding and I really think they were the ones who took the best care of him.

En los establos estaban varios ponis comiendo y bastante tranquilos y limpios, otros muy inquietos pero en general se veían saludables en comparación a los que estaban fuera de los establos.

In the stables there were several ponies eating and quite calm and clean, others very restless but in general they looked healthy compared to those outside the stables.

Entré al espacio de contacto directo, las cabras no dejaban de perseguirme me pareció gracioso...

Sí me dió nuevamente un poco de inquietud ver a dos ponis que estaban como cansados, comiendo en un pequeño cuadrito, uno podía darles cariño porque eran muy mansos.

Los hurones estaban dormiditos, sus jaulas me parecieron demasiado pequeñas para ellos.

The ferrets are asleep, their cages seemed too small for them.

También vi algunas aves exóticas que tenían poco espacio.

I also saw some exotic birds that were short on space.

Y bueno, en general sí disfruté el viaje pero me quedé reflexionando acerca del cuidado de cada animal. Además de que no habían guías turísticos que ayudaran a entender qué estábamos viendo, solo estaban algunos carteles. Creo que pueden hacer algo mejor para el bien nuestro y el de esas especies.

And well, in general, I did enjoy the trip, but I kept reflecting on the care of each animal. In addition to the fact that there were no tour guides to help understand what we were seeing, there were only some signs. I think they can do something better for our good and that of those species.

Esta hermosa poni es super suave y muy cariñosa. Le envié mil bendiciones a todos los animales. Hagamos un mundo mejor para ellos, no son sólo exibición, los animales son parte de nosotros, si los vamos a tener en granjas de contacto, hay que darles una mejor vida.

Espero que este post sea para reflexionar, quise mostrar un poco de lo que observé, que no es lo peor del mundo, pero es parte de algo que hay que manejar con cuidado, delicadeza y responsabilidad. Les invito a visitar el parque y que sí, lleven a la familia a disfrutar de todo pero con consciencia, con respeto y ayudando a que todo mejore para los animales que ahí viven...
