La linaza aporta muchos nutrientes que mantienen el cabello fuerte, limpio y con una firmeza. El cabello necesita estar hidratado para tener esa vitalidad saludable. Los productos químicos tienden -en su mayoría- a tener aceites qué aunque son buenos, en exceso pueden resecar nuestra estrutura de cabello. En estos casos, se recomienda el gel de linaza una vez a la semana mínimo, puedes aplicarlo como mascarilla durante 40 minutos en el cabello y luego retirar, este procedimiento sobre todo para las personas con el cabello liso... Para las que tienen rulos, he visto que lo usan de modo común dos o tres veces a la semana reemplazando las cremas para peinar.

Se pone el agua con la linaza en una ollita a temperatura medio lenta. revolvemos con una cuchara.
