Good morning people of hive, I remain by humble @desiredlady, to day I will be sharing my experience on the topic, Would you ever give your life so that someone else may live? Seeing the topic makes me sad or will I called it regret because is not something to remember or reflect on, but for the sake of the topic am going to discuss it but don't laugh at my foolishness.

Would you ever give your life so that someone else may live?

Base on my understanding given your life so that someone else may live, most not be necessity your real life but leaving your comfort zone too, for someone else is another way of sacrifice.
Something happened to me 2015, I was given a slot to work in federal polytechnic, I felt I was still young, I still have time to look for job and moreover my in-law is seriously looking for job for long and age is catching up with him o ready, by the way is my in-law so giving him the chance is like am the one working too, that was how I gave my life for him, yes is my life, my future is my life, that was how the name was changed to his name.
But guess what, he is living comfortable with his family but her am i today without job, I remember I called him to assist me with 20,000 naira but he said sorry he did not have it, that was all till today, no call nothing nothing, what a life, even though I know I will surely get a job one day if God permit.
Back to the question
I will never do that, be it my sister or brother. By the way selfishness has been the order of the day, even if am at the point of dead I will never give any chance to someone again, because there is a saying that says experience is a great teacher, not again, I have learned my lesson in the hard way.
