Siempre es importante tomarse un respiro y dedicárselo a uno mismo, hoy fue uno de esos días fui al spa a hacerme una limpieza facial porque lo necesitaba ya que me estaban saliendo muchos granos y siempre en el mismo sitio así que pensé que lo mejor era ir a un sitio a hacerme una limpieza profunda, la chica estuvo como una hora haciendo la limpieza ya que hay varios pasos para el tratamiento de la piel.
La limpieza fue maravillosa, mi piel se ve más sana, la chica me recomendó ir dentro de un mes y así acabar de una vez por todas con esos brotes que me salen, me recomendó algunos productos para mi tipo de piel entre esos está un protector solar específico. Por otro lado, también me dieron un masaje en la espalda, este masaje fue un regalo de mi hermana y quedé encantada porque tuve un momento de consentimiento con mi cuerpo.
