Hola a todos, ¡feliz día! espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, el día de hoy vengo a compartirles una pequeña reseña sobre un café que compré hace unos días llamado JP Gourmet , como muchos soy muy fanático del café y como amante de esta bebida quise compartirles mi experiencia que a su vez es mi primera participación en esta comunidad dedicada al café, así que me parece muy oportuno aprovechar esta oportunidad, no hay mejor sensación que tomar café en las mañanas o en días fríos, es ideal para charlar con amigos y nos ayuda a mantener la energía por el resto del día, claro, es un sabor al que cuesta acostumbrarse, pero una vez que se le agarra el gusto al café puedes notar todos esos matices que conforman esta ancestral bebida, espero que mi reseña les guste, sin más nada que añadir comencemos:

I hope you are all very well, today I am here to share a short review about a coffee I bought a few days ago called JP Gourmet, like many I am a huge fan of coffee and as a lover of this drink I wanted to share my experience that in turn is my first participation in this community dedicated to coffee, so it seems very opportune to take advantage of this opportunity, there is no better feeling than drinking coffee in the morning or on cold days, it is ideal for chatting with friends and it helps us to maintain energy for the rest of the day, of course, it is a flavor that is difficult to get used to, but once you get the taste of coffee you can notice all those nuances that make up this ancient drink, I hope you like my review, without nothing more to add let's start:

Lo primero que noté al destapar el envoltorio es un intenso olor "chocolatoso" y tostado, puedo decir que este aroma es muy agradable y me hace recordar al chafe tipo expreso, una vez preparado y servido procedo a degustarlo, tiene un sabor amargo intenso pero a su vez el sabor a chocolate se hace presente, no suelo añadir mucha azúcar al café puesto que siento que altera mucho el sabor del mismo, después de un par de sorbos le agarré el gusto y pude disfrutarlo plenamente, realmente es un café gourmet como lo indica en empaque o por lo menos así lo percibe mi paladar.
The first thing I noticed when uncovering the wrapper is an intense "chocolaty" and toasted smell, I can say that this aroma is very pleasant and reminds me of the chafe type espresso, once prepared and served I proceed to taste it, it has an intense bitter taste but in turn, the chocolate flavor is present, I don't usually add a lot of sugar to coffee since I feel that it greatly alters its flavor, after a couple of sips I got the taste and was able to fully enjoy it, it really is a gourmet coffee like It indicates it on the packaging or at least that is how my palate perceives it.
En cuanto al precio, es una excelente opción calidad/precio su valor era similar a otras marcas de café, quise comprar este para probar algo nuevo ya que normalmente suelo comprar el café marca Anzoátegui tipo expreso, es mi café favorito, pero este no tiene nada que envidiarle, está a la par en calidad sin duda estará en mi lista de cafés preferidos su sabor y olor no tienen comparación.
As for the price, it is an excellent quality/price option, its value was similar to other coffee brands, I wanted to buy this to try something new since I usually buy Anzoátegui espresso brand coffee, it is my favorite coffee, but this one has nothing to envy, it is on a par in quality, it will undoubtedly be on my list of favorite coffees, its taste and smell are unmatched.
Su sabor amargo nunca se ve opacado por ese olor tostado producto de las semillas tratadas durante la elaboración del café, ese proceso de manufactura al final suele sentirse en el resultado, una buena elaboración crea un excelente producto y este es el vivo ejemplo, nada que ver con el café torrado, el cual no me gusta para nada, he tenido la oportunidad de probar café torrado en varias ocasiones y se nota todo el proceso apurado y sin cariño, el típico olor tostado se cambia por un olor quemado que personalmente me parece desagradable, es bueno siempre elegir cafés de calidad, nuestro paladar siempre lo agradecerá, bueno amigos, espero que esta pequeña reseña les haya gustado, si han probado alguna vez este café les invito a que me dejen su experiencia, gracias por pasar, como siempre nos vemos en el siguiente post, hasta la próxima.
