Mother Nature sure knows how to put on a show: from lightening strikes to rainbows, the power and beauty of nature is amazing! And sometimes scary!
We had to call off work (land surveying) last week due to an icestorm that hit the town of Abbotsford (about 60 k ) east of Vancouver B.C. Canada.
When we got to the site we could hear the swishing sound of heavy ice toppling trees, so my partner Francois and I decided we didn't want to risk getting hit by a falling branch as we traversed into the forest.
