As the solar wind ramps down the temps will cool off, though not significantly, in the lower of the 48, it may be significant in the upper of the 48 though. The cooler air falling rapidly and the warmer air rushing up will cause significant rain and cloud cover especially in the Midwest and Northeast. I expect to see dramatic weather changes by Sunday Night/Monday. Though tomorrow will have lower UV it is still high due to the inactive magnetosphere, temps should remain warm, spring like, with lower UV.
In the Midwest, this will be a perfect recipe for tornado activity.
Today, while I was outside in the garden, perfect gardening day BTW, got sunburn, because I did not follow my own instructions, wore my tank top and did not put sunscreen on. Having said that, EVEN WHEN THE CLOUDS ARE OUT, UV is extreme! UV rays do penetrate the clouds. I will not forget my sunscreen tomorrow! Since the air was cool and the UV was extreme I got burned when I was enjoying the cool/warm day without notice. After one and one half hours preparing my portable beds I started to get tired. So I went in for a little break and fell asleep, heat exhaustion. So let this be a lesson; WARE LONG PANTS, SHIRTS AND HATS. Especially be careful of the children.
