There is a difference in STEEM from all of the other cryptos. It has intrinsic value. Cryptos are taking the place of the old monetary system. Bitcoin, arguably the most powerful of the cryptos, has no "real" value other than demand. This is a fiat currency, just like the old system., whereas STEEM has built in trade for information. This creates intrinsic value and stability. Without any on-demand content, given freely, in hopes for small donations, STEEM would be just another crypto. Blockchain technology combining social networking with financial attributes has created a trading platform for the currency. Trading ideas and information for financial gain is the true idea of a free market. STEEM will survive all this attempted regulation and such, with us, right now, at or near the bottom of the curve. What a great investment. Doing what we are doing is quite amazing, but it is also the beginning of the future of our world. Break offs of steemit will be off in different directions, but they will surely succeed where our system has failed. Steemit will remain at the top of the food chain. I can't wait.
