@derangedvisionsThis new flash is pretty sweet. I was outside looking for things to take pictures of. I couldn't find any bugs or anything cool, but then I almost stepped on a gold mine.
@derangedvisionsI was wearing flip flops and almost stepped in a fresh dog turd, but then I noticed that it was crawling with flies. So what did I do? I got down to within a few inches of the pile of poo and started taking pictures.
@derangedvisionsAt first the flies got scared of me as I bent down, so I needed to wait around for a few minutes staring at the poop and then that is when the magic happened. The flies came crawling back because they couldn't resist their massive meal.
@derangedvisionsI can't wait to find a decent sized spider so I can get some shots of it and test out the flash on it. For now though, the fly covered shits did a pretty awesome job. The amount of detail I was able to capture on these flies is pretty sweet.
