Happy Tuesday. Hehe. Tuesday is my least favorite of all days but who cares?
The celebration of Easter (after all the fun, get-togethers and prayers) is slowly fading awaiting another year. You know one thing that goes on?
TTT (Three Tune Tuesday) that's what! Yep. Missed a couple of weeks and it's not because I ran out of songs.
What is TTT?
I quote @ablaze,
Every Tuesday I'm going to share 3 songs which I like to listen to and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post and I'll come and find the post and upvote it. If you could also use #threetunetuesday tag that would be great, as that is what I use when sifting through all the entries every Wednesday.
Yes. So let's hop on this bandwagon and blazing trail ignited by @ablaze. Hehe.
This trio I call the rollercoaster because that's where I have been; my mind sure is a rollercoaster ride of thoughts.
Elvis Presley - Can't Help Falling In Love
I first heard this song from a remaster by UB40 shared by @tengolotodo then I went to look for the original version. Been listening to it ever since.
Elvis Presley. When people spoke of how his voice leaves you spell bound, I didn't understand. Until I plugged this in and let the lull just lead me to a different space and place in time. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
And this song, I found few days ago while at the office trying not to…faint. I was in-between designing a flyer and editing some news when my colleague, Wisdom, a very young soul in a chubby body, put his phone right in my face.
I liked the lyrics I was seeing and the rhythm behind it too, so I just downloaded it. And it's beautiful. Especially with the thoughts that the singer renders using words. This is a remix of the original. I didn't like the original even a little bit.
And boy oh boy! I can't listen to this song without being reminded of Alvin & The Chipmunks. I loved that trio.
This song makes me want to put a pep in my step. Infact, I did it while coming home from getting breakfast this morning, and whaddya know? I made a few people laugh while the others stared and some asked if I'd won a lottery or if I was just crazy. I AM crazy! Still, it's a good day to be Alive. Don't ya think?
Hope you enjoyed this Rollercoaster. I loved them and I love music in general. So, share yours today and be back tomorrow. Ta-ta!
