My Three Tunes: It only gets better!

I've never been to a museum or a zoo. I've not been to art shows, plays or a concert. I've never gotten the full art experience but that's why I always have music.

Today, I want to show you three of my favorite classics. They are nothing like the others and perhaps it's because these songs are backed by magic.

With no further delay, let's travel back. All the way to the 1700s.

The Lacrimosa is one of my very favorites for...obvious reasons. I came to know of this music through a novel. The male lead seemed to take pleasure in things of...the dark. We can't deny that the Lacrimosa by Mozart has a really ominous tone to it. But I guess that's what captivates me. When I just want to withdraw and travel to somewhere in my head reserved just for me, you'll find that I'm listening to this on repeat. It's beautiful as much as it is...scary? No. That's not the word. Perhaps I'll settle for...less enthusiastic. Yep. That one is good!

Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata is just pure heaven. Sometimes, I do see myself traipsing through a museum, or looking through various displays in the gallery rooms at art shows or perhaps waltzing with a fine gentleman in the ballroom or maybe petting a horse at the zoo. With this piece of sheer heaven, I get lost in the world of possibilities and literature. I read a book to this piece and find my whole senses connected to the testimony called Musook. That's a made up word. Music and books...😆

This is the 90s category. A beautiful song with deep felt lyrics. I came across this song through the movie STAND BY ME. A story of four young boys who were friends. I didn't start the movie but I remember shedding a tear or two. I would like to watch that movie though. Again (and a half).

This song isn't like any other. For me. It is a lot of emotion. This song wears heart on its sleeve and I promised myself if I ever got married, I would sing this song to my husband on our wedding day (and the rest of our lives) or I would dance to it with him (for the rest of our lives).
