Every time you come home

                            I want to give you hugs and 

                           kisses, but for a stone hearted

                           like me showing my  affection

                           is very hard.

                          Even though you're miles away

                          from us you still manage to have 

                          time with us.

                          Some father's don't have time 

                          for their  kids but for you i never

                          bother 

                          Perhaps you thought i missed it all

                          life lesson that you taught me

                          bud dad, i picked up everything

                          here in my heart they were written

                         You're wisdom and knowledge have 

                         show me the  way.

                         and i am thankful for  you as i live 

                         day by day

                         I did not tell you how  important you are 

                         dad, in my universe you are the brightest

                         star.
