Seems to me a predictable outcome, so far. People run to get on the good news wave... and now everyone is "digesting" what the ruling really means... which seems pretty complex, from what I've read so far. Where exactly do you draw the line on "knowing who you ought it from?" I think the lack of follow-through is merely a reflection that we're still in a somewhat ambiguous situation...

Of course there's also the psychology. In bear markets, people tend to expect sudden spikes to "deflate" while in bull markets folks are more inclined to perceive them as the beginning of a run. Everyone is really gunshy, these days. I recognized that in myself this morning when I realized that I was surprised that Hive was "still" holding 37 cents after 4-5 days!
