I think it's mostly the fear @robertandrew; the way it seems like everyone is seeing some kind of monster or boogie-man behind every news story, around every corner, in every person who does something. I find that it eats my bandwidth in an unfortunate way. It almost feels like a lot of people are afraid, so they go in search of facts and stories they hope will make OTHERS afraid, so they are not alone in their fear.
