Always on the lookout for things to do with zucchini... we seem to get a bumper crop, no matter how many (or few) plants we have, and every now and then we miss a few that grow into enormous 2-3kg honkers. So thank you for this... Sadly, my wife is allergic to anything nightshade, so eggplant is out. But adaptations are possible!
