Here in USA we are also seeing more and more exchanges excluding US users. Makes it very difficult to move crypto around. I currently use SimpleSwap to trade Hive to LTC which is very broadly available, and I can exit to my PayPal debit card. But it does require two steps... Hive to LTC to USD.
