We're at least mildly hopeful that we will remain outside the city, at least for a while. A forestry company has a 99-year "lease" on a large parcel of land that basically separates us from the city proper... and they just harvested and replanted 5-6 years ago... which means it's 20 years till those small trees mature for harvesting. Of course, anything is possible... but we're hopeful.
