Humans! It never ceases to amaze me just how many humans — little and large — come across as if they were raised by wolves. And that's actually an insult to wolves, everywhere.

Mostly, I think the vast majority of humanity suffers from a severe case of not being able to think of anything other than THEMSELVES, RIGHT NOW.

Not entirely related, when we had our brick-and-mortar store, some kid of about 17 came in one day and decided that it was OK for him to pry the lid off a donation jar for a local charity and try to help himself.

"What the F!!! do you think you're doing?" I asked.

He never missed a beat "I just need some money," and he didn't even stop till I went to the front door and locked us in and told him he could explain that to the cops. He seemed completely unaware that his behavior was inappropriate... and it was even my fault that I was being "uncool."

And yes, he left, without any money... but it was still a bizarre incident.
