It does seem to be "strange" everywhere. We usually start seedlings in the garage; I worry they are going to get very "long and leggy" if we don't get some outdoor warmth sooner rather than later... but the long-term prognosis is no warm weather till mid-May.

Normally our last frost is near the end of March, but then we have weeks and weeks of cool and damp, so the growing season is very slow.
