It's great to see... to be honest, I'd much rather see a gradual rise like we've had over the past few months than sudden spikes that are unsustainable. When people get used to new "somewhat higher" prices they tend to old on for more gains... crazy spikes drive people to sell and take profits. At least in my experience.
