You're gonna have an awesome rig there! I converted a 1996 Blue Bird back when I lived in Texas; your countertop projects reminds me a bit of how we converted solid mahogany cabinet doors from an old Western Electric office. It was a fun project, on the whole. Alas, my ex ended up with the bus but it was a very cool rolling home.
