RE: Sometimes I Just Am Not in the Mood... (Of "Low Effort" posts and "Adding Value")
The irony was somewhat intentional @thatcryptodave; I'm just not that into "low effort" posting, even though I sometimes like to escape from trying to write something "deep and meaningful."

RE: Proof of Brain: Life, Death... and Sometimes a Person Just Gets TIRED!
Thanks for your thoughtful comment, and for sharing your experiences! Although this was many years ago now, when I first came to the USA in 1981 someone told me a bit of a joke: Q: "What's the main

Thank you for the heartfelt sharing! In some ways, your sister sounds a bit like my own mother who eternally seemed determined to fill "her empty spaces inside" with accomplishments, glitz, status

Indeed, death is an inevitable part of life. I believe it is important that we be at peace with that reality, and enjoy life as much as possible, while we are here. Sounds like your Granny got to leave

Interesting point about LOTR; I believe that what matters is that we have the option to choose our approach to life and longevity... and so "quality" vs. "quantity" and some combination

Thanks Clare! I'll check out your podcast, too. I'd much rather just have a good and authentic life experience while I am here, rather than going to endless lengths trying to squeeze a few more months

Which is actually ironic, here in the USA because even though the system advocates quantity of life, this country does not come anywhere close to having the greatest longevity!

Ah yes, the sickness industry. I believe it's the 28th Law of Profit: "Keep the patient alive, for as long as they are alive you can PROFIT from them!"

Well, I do try to set a few small investments aside here and there, and maybe they will do something, but much of the time I just end up having to sell again to do things like repair the car or buy food.

@jaynie, I could possibly write an entire book on this state of being; this state of coming home to ourselves; actually it is an allowing ourselves to be ourselves. Who do you live for? And no, you don't

RE: Richlist reveals that decentralization on POB has started
It's nice to see the analysis, and "who's who." This does hint at the beginning of decentralization, at least. What would be an even deeper indication of decentralization would be to look at

Good! I'm glad you got something from it! Oddly enough, it also calmed me down to write it and think the thoughts that created it. What really matters? Most of the time, it actually isn't the stuff we

Yes, it is about where we put our focus... and that requires something a lot of people sadly forget: Taking the time to actually be mindful and discerning with our energy. Thanks for stopping by

It just seems like over the past couple of decades, it has become "fashionable" to hold really strong opinions about everything... if you simply observe and shrug most things off as "inevitable
