Pretty awesome to see a Brené Brown quote here, and certainly a very poignant one, as well. There are — at least in my experience — also a lot of people on the sidelines who actually started something

Trying a slightly different angle for a couple of months — just going to write content FOR certain FB groups, not in any way about or promoting Hive, just published on Hive with a small footnote that since

Thanks for the support, as always!

That's definitely some interesting stuff you have there! I pretty much run Kraftwerk to Andrés Segovia... and some bits in between:

I have left Facebook for anything meaningful, but I have continued to post photos of my cats and flowers, and news updates on what's flowering in the garden. I don't try to have "serious"

Yeah, I know what you mean @belemo, sadly I don't think there's going to be a return to any kind of "normal." Seems too many people have too much stake in manipulating the "game" as

My thought is that the fewer the controls and restrictions, the lower the common denominator attracted to it. Most people creating content of any value will not want to have to fight for visibility in

As far as I can tell, they have made themselves victims of "the dilution problem" before they even are getting off the ground... Weku was basically a copy of Steemit done by people thinking they

Maybe it's something that needs to be added to the code as part of a future hardfork: "Your DAO funding is contingent on a public weekly project update." I don't know if it could even be done...

Well, I suppose it's online, at least... but there are just so many things that don't work yet, maybe they should have waited a little longer to launch. It'll be interesting to see what happens with it...
