Good evening, dear friends.Imagine the futuristic transportation technology we see on television and in movies; capsule and tube systems that allow people to travel from coast to coast in the US in minutes. This is Hyperloop technology, and rloop, a collective development team, has been actively trying to make this concept a reality for several years. Now they launch ICO using the blockchain to reach a larger number of employees and to raise capital necessary for the production of future vehicles.

What is rLoop?
The project was created in 2015, when SpaceX Elon musk launched a competition for the development of a functional prototype of hyperloop pod. Originally formed on Reddit, rLoop is a crowdsourcing team that takes part in this competition, distinguished by its team of developers from all over the world. Along with a number of other teams, mostly student teams from highly rated universities across the U.S., rLoop is working on a technology that allows capsules running at speeds up to 780 miles per hour to transport people between cities that are not only faster but safer and more environmentally sustainable.

While a lot of attention is paid to their hyperloop pod development, they also want to extend the crowdsourcing development model that will be implemented for future projects.

The ultimate goal of rLoop is to create an rLoop network. The team identifies higher potential projects with more different participants, regardless of geographical location. This directly contradicts the growing number of technology centers such as silicon Valley, Shenzhen in China and Suwon in South Korea.

Although the rLoop https://www.rloop.org network aims to undermine traditional organizational models, a society is created with a hierarchical structure. A team of government members, experts from various fields, will have the highest level of management, making decisions as a team where necessary. The next highest level in the supply process is "cognitive providers" - those who bring their skills to projects developed in the network. Finally, rLoop token holders will be able to vote on offers and bond tokens for cognitive providers or Board members in a democratic voting process. The team ultimately wants to move to a fully decentralized form of community-driven governance.

Token
The project introduces tokenization in order to expand the network, through a number of factors. Functions include token rLoop:

Permission to the owners to vote on the proposals to the management structure or support certain parties or members of the Board.
Employees can earn tokens through the bounty system. Problems can be introduced with the number of rLoop tokens installed as a reward for those who can provide a solution.
A reputation model similar to upvotes Reddit exists where token holders can offer rewards to employees providing positive ideas or contributions.
Users can participate in expert reviews by earning tokens to ensure quality assurance and verify user contributions.
The initial token sale will be held to Fund the further development of the Hyperloop project, and future token offers may be held for similar projects requiring funding. In the upcoming sale, 3,750,000 rLoop tokens will be issued, out of a maximum of 21,000,000 tokens.

Team and road map
As a project that stands for crowdsourcing, the team predictably has a large amount of technical knowledge in all areas. There are not a lot of significant business launches, although one most significant component is the co-founder and technical-engineer Thomas Lambott, who has been working for 5 years as an aerospace engineer with NASA.

The project does not have a roadmap, and as such it can be difficult to evaluate compared to other ICOS. In General, rLoop is an interesting proposition, although it may not be quite appropriate in the crypto world. The technology presented can certainly have huge implications for travel around the world if it is successfully implemented, so far their project is a one of a kind one.
