Welcome my dear friends. Today is a day off, which means I have prepared a lot of interesting projects for you.The goal and objective of the REMME project is to create security systems for users. Today, information is exchanged in a matter of moments. Actively and quickly developing market for the Internet of things ( IoT). Already at the beginning of this year, the global number of devices is more than 20 billion! It is also surprising that the vast majority of them actually still work on extremely unsafe compounds.

Problem

Security of "smart devices" is more important than it might seem at first glance. Here are examples of an attack: an attacker can take over the autopilot of a modern car and arrange an accident. It can discredit elections, which can cause irreversible consequences in society. And to make the biological attack.
The project team has set its goal and task to create a technology in which fraudsters would be powerless.

Everyone knows that password-based authentication systems that are now widely used are far from ideal. To authorize an attacker will be enough just to steal your password. This is the direction – password theft – hackers of all countries and study the most. And many users at the same time, without thinking about their security, use the same password for a number of their accounts on different sites.

The team ensures that AT the Tuggie will provide ultra-secure storage of passwords. Instead of a simple password, the project introduces the use of a 2-factor authentication system (2FA). At the same time, the document mentions one-time login passwords (via email or SMS) and other authorization technologies.

All classical methods of information protection are United by one big problem - the structure initially depends on trust to affiliated and root certification authorities. The system loses its efficiency entirely if any part of the chain is compromised. A trusted certificate authority and a centralized architecture are the critical point of the system.

Remme wants to radically change the rules of the game, eliminating the possibility of issuing fake and hidden certificates (those that try to redirect connections), as well as remove the need for trust to centralized certification authorities.

I must say, REMME is a profitable solution for access control. In the foreseeable future, such a technological solution may well replace the already classical password systems with distributed authentication. The technology will solve the problems of the Central servers (in particular, it will be impossible to break in known ways). This means that different methods of attack (for example, phishing), re-use of passwords will be excluded.

In the Network you can find at least 5 notes that the REMME project for a couple of days (it was 13-14 February) managed to sell its tokens for the amount of about 19 thousand ETH, which, of course, can really be called a triumph for a young team from Ukraine.

It is also known that initially the team planned to organize the sale of tokens in the ICO period on 4 currencies, but the project was repeatedly exposed to DDoS attacks, and the founder of the projects (Alexander Momot) decided to stop on Ethereum.

Do not forget that this project really has a high support – cooperates with the government. The very fact of confirming the quality of the platform from officials is a good sign for the long-term development of the platform.

REMME, surprisingly, has no real competitors in their chosen direction. The demand for security and data protection systems is growing all the time, so that the project has no chance of actually going bankrupt.

Token

The short name of the currency is REM. During the sales the coin cost about 4 us cents, now the rate is stable at 2 cents. The total issue of tokens is 1 billion coins, half of them were sold and successfully sold. The minimum amount to buy was 0.01 ETH. Lower level of fees - $ 1.5 million. The top – $ 20 million.
