No?, Good!.
Welcome to the online 'Riichi Mahjong' or Japanese Mahjong world of Mahjong Soul.

you can also install an app of it in on an android and apple device.
Basically it's an online game based on Japanese Mahjong.
There's really nothing else to say about it, but I will try.
(Below are screenshots of the in-game tutorial. yes it's awesome.)
Basically, a game of mahjong is all about getting 4 sequences or Triplets and a Pair.
You can have 2 triplets and 2 sequences and a pair and it's still ok.
you can have up to 12 tiles, then on your turn you get to draw 1 tile from the pool, and discard 1 tile at the end of your turn.
In the screenshot above, Tenpai (ready hand) means you're waiting for 1 tile to win.
make sure you plan ahead and the tile you are waiting for is not yet fully discarded or being used by other players.
you can steal other player's last discarded tile. Chii refers to taking discarded tile of the 'last player', it tile discarded must complete a sequence in your hand. 'last player' here means the player to your left. if successful you declare it for other's to see.
'Pon' is stealing other players discarded tile as long as it completes a triplets. that's right, other players. you have to declare it as well for others to see.
Now just because you can steal other players last discarded tile to complete your hand does not guarantee a win. you must have a Yaku.(a requirement to win, multiple yaku on a hand means higher points.)
one of the easier Yaku is to have a Mezenchin(closed hand), meaning no Chii or Pon. but there are other hands that that do not require Mezenchin like 'All Simples' in the above photo.

The game features ranked matchmaking
It also has public and private rooms which you can customize some things like turn time.

you can watch other people playing live.
there's even a replay system. and yes you can play with AI in the custom rooms.
Microtransactions.
you can unlock avatars for play
which includes male avatars.
and of course female avatars.
each character have their own unique emotes you can use while in-game. (no chatting).
each characters also have their own unique voiceovers.
you can unlock additional emotes and voiceovers via relationship system.
you can also decorate and have a cat paw as your arm.
and now I will show you of a gameplay I recorded. Me winning via a ron. which means I won by taking an opponent's discarded tile after proclaiming Riichi.
