This is not a Lightroom preset, this is a manual adjustment in Photoshop with 3D luts blending, the blending level depends on the original color scheme of the photo.

Actions and result:

Levels, curves, vibrance, to reduce brightness and saturation and in the end you can add Candlelight Lut again. Notice the opacity level on the first adjustment layer. The last layer is optional, only if you did not manage to achieve the desired effect.
