I just want to share my first ever portrait using colored pencil. I choose Liza Soberano as my reference because she is so beautiful. I'm just trying to use colored pencil in this art, even if it is my first time to portrait using those pencils. I always use graphite or charcoal pencils but when I saw many videos in youtube using colored pencil in portrait, I ask myself if I can do it or not, but I always want to try another medium to gain more knowledge in art. Even if it is not perfect or looking good, but let me share to you guys my another artwork.
The first step, I draw her face with grid lines as my guide.
when I finished draw her face, I started to color it using colored pencils. I used the colors brown, black, dark brown, peach, pink and red.
next step is the lips, and also some parts of the face....
when I finished the face, I started the hair using only black color.
So that's all my dear steemians. I may not made it perfect in my eyes but I really made it with full of love and I hope you like it guys! Thank you.
