These skateboarders gave up their Saturday morning to provide a skateboarding experience to kids with Autism.
It aimed to improve the self esteem as well as gross motor skills in a non-threatening environment.
Parents gave positive feedback like how skateboarding had reduced hyperactivity and the improvement of sensory profile.
It was heartening for the volunteers to see the smile and excitement in these children who may have only started skateboarding.
