When we are unable to get better items and we need many XP to get to the next level, the most logical thing to do is to complete quests that give us more gold.
I have been using gold to increase my constitution since getting better items can cost quite a bit of steem at the market unless luck is on our side to get it at item store or during quests.
If we can complete each quest with enough gold to increase 100 HP each time, 10 quests would give us 1000 HP.
It sounds as good as getting an upgrade of item but the amount of gold may not always be enough.
Nevertheless, I am still at the 20 range for quite a few days now.
