Good items can help a new player to rise up the rank very quickly but we may not be able to get them easily through item store or market.
Buying using steem is one of the common ways that the top players are doing.

Luck Increase: From 258 to 259
Intelligence Increase: From 138 to 141
Strength Increase: From 139 to 142
