All through the week
I leave my baby alone
To busy to give time
What’s really mine
To rest or relax
To enjoy her company
To listen to some music
Or write a symphony
But all that will change
Because I am coming back home
Though long tired and wiry
to spend a little of what I earned
To sit back and enjoy the weekend
