During the summer, maybe 2 hours keeping an eye on Hive, in winter perhaps 4 or 5. I read quite a bit, train 4-5 times a week, have 4 dogs to walk, 20 chickens to look after, I grow a fair proportion of what we eat and I cook everything from scratch. That doesn't leave much time for screens.
