I've never earned very much here. Even when Hive was flying, my posts rarely made more than fifteen dollars, and in over nine years I've received just one vote from Appreciator, which pushed my highest-earning post to the dizzying heights of thirty-six dollars.

But what I do get in abundance is engagement, and that's what keeps me coming back. I genuinely love the community.

I still do a lot of reading too, although I must confess I rarely go searching for posts from newbies unless they've been reblogged by someone I already follow.

Would I stay if I joined today? I think I probably would.
