Hello Hive's Friends wherever you are, I hope you are fine and in good health always.
Hello Hive Friends Southeast Asia...
In this post, I want to discuss something that I think often happens and has become a habit in tropical countries, including Southeast Asia. This is the rainy season at the end of the year in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. This will be very interesting to discuss, and I will discuss it a little in this post.
According to temporary estimates from various parties, the rainy season in Indonesia this year starts from October to April, this has become a circulation for tropical countries in the Southeast Asia region and apparently this also applies to countries that are also located in Southeast Asia. the equator, like most of the countries from South America. The rainy season lasts several months and a few months later it will turn into the dry season.
For Subtropical countries, they will face winter and snow in October until the peak in December, that's why December is synonymous with Christmas, Snow, and Cold weather in Subtropical countries. The weather and environment in Southeast Asia will also be very wet in these months.
The rainy season where I live really affects my daily activities. That's the reason sometimes I miss a few days to make a post.
Sometimes at the beginning of the rainy season, there will be many natural disasters in the form of strong winds, heavy rain, and accompanied by lightning. This is all caused by the change from the dry season to the rainy season which causes the wind that brings cold air to blow hot air and these two winds with different temperatures cause a reaction that can sometimes cause hurricanes and so on.
Indonesia and Philippines often experience typhoons and major storms during the changing seasons.
For example, the natural disaster Tropical Storm, Typhoon Rai with wind speeds reaching 195 KM/h which is ready to ravage anything in its path, the famous Typhoon Haiyan, and in Indonesia there is a Tornado which often occurs on the island of Java and even this wind can occur several times. times in the near future. Unfortunately, this natural disaster damaged many facilities and even claimed victims when they went on a rampage.
Fortunately, countries in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, were able to predict this, and immediately acted quickly and made the right decisions before this storm occurred. For this, I really salute the Natural Disaster Management Agency in Indonesia and countries in Southeast Asia who always provide accurate information and make the right decisions.
Heavy rains every day can also damage road access in villages which incidentally are not paved roads. This will be worse if the road is not dry which makes it difficult to access traffic in the villages. The cause of the damage itself is because the access road is often traversed and makes the very wet and soft clay to be crushed and slippery when passed by the vehicle. Maybe an update will be carried out because considering that in Indonesia the rainy season is something that often happens and becomes a routine every year, even rain can occur for months in Indonesia and in the Southeast Asia region.
Besides the bad things that happened, there are also extraordinary and useful things from this season, such as signaling that the planting season is about to begin. Usually farmers in Indonesia will start planting at the end of the rainy season, even before the rainy season ends. Continuous rain without stopping will make the soil in Indonesia more fertile than usual, the water content of the soil will make plants grow fast and healthy, the cold weather and temperatures will increase the benefits during the planting process, and this is what farmers take advantage of. in Indonesia, and I'm sure the same is true for the rest of Southeast Asia.
Light rain at the end of the rainy season that occurs in all regions in Southeast Asia makes the atmosphere a little cooler.
The air in Indonesia is very hot, during the dry season the temperature even reaches 38°C and this is quite a hot atmosphere, with this rainy season, the air drops to 22°C, which is much more comfortable, but the atmosphere will become very wet for the sake of reach that temperature.
Southeast Asia is indeed very unique and different from other countries, when other countries have Snow to play in December, we have a lot of Water for soil fertility so that it becomes a planting stock for the following year.
I am proud to be a part of Southeast Asia.
Maybe in this post, this is all I can say, maybe I will discuss other things in other posts. My thanks to all @asean.hive members who have supported me.
Thank you and see you in the next post.
