As explained in 
This task requires us to explain the goals we want to achieve in three months (the Newbie Initiative program period) and also regarding Hive Power, Followers, Comments and Engagement, and other related goals on the Hive platform. I will also explain how I went about achieving it and the challenges I might face in my pursuit of that goal. So, take a good look.
My Goals in 3 Month
Not only in 3 months, I have planned this for a long time and I will try my best to achieve it. Of course, in this Hive platform, everyone wants to make their Hive Power as big as possible and get as many votes as possible from it, because voting is the best way to make it happen. But it takes a long time to achieve, I also have a main goal of making myself Bigger as a whale and my estimation of this is a few years in the future and that's a very long time.
But now, the goal I want to achieve in these 3 months is to try to increase productivity which means I try to increase my power, quality posts, and also my involvement in the world of Hive. I'm not first pursuing and increasing my influence in Hive, because it is a relative thing, but most importantly increasing Hive Power is my main goal in this platform.
Besides these main goals, there are also several other goals that I have to consider, including trying to make something useful so that it can be used as a guide by many people in Hive, being one of the Newbie Initiative programs and being able to help others in solving a problem is one of my goals. However, the obstacles in Hive Power are a bit of a barrier for me to help and take further action, because of this I think I will start with Hive Power so that I can carry out my goals well.
As of now, I have accumulated 317 HP and will continue to grow. I think within 3 months I can only collect up to 500 HP or more depending on the votes and the number of posts I make. I can't completely target the amount of HP I want to achieve for 3 months, there will always be external factors that will affect it. It could be that my target of gathering 500 more HP in these 3 months is not achieved and it could be more, I'm just making an estimate on that and it all depends on other things.
You could say, if I get the average vote like now on a regular basis, I can say I will gain 500 HP or even more in 3 months later and that's for sure, but the consistency of the votes I get is fluctuating, I also can't interpret how many HP will get me, but anyway I will still try to reach it.
For the followers themselves, I will not set a target for how many followers I will get in these 3 months. For me, followers are something that cannot be forced, followers are those who like our work and want to see and learn from the posts and works that we display on the Hive platform. Until now I also have several followers and I am grateful for that, they like my work and I am also more excited to continue to work and share positive things as education and hopefully it will be useful for them.

And what about my Comments and involvement in Hive ?
For now I've made 800 Comments to all users on Hive platform based on data from Hivebuzz, I think this is a small number and I need to improve this a lot. Engagement by commenting or so is highly recommended on the Hive platform, this creates an interaction in an environment and creates an atmosphere of mutual support with fellow users on the Hive platform. Maybe by participating in contests, making some posts and interacting in new communities will make me give more positive and constructive comments to fellow users on the Hive Platform, this is also useful so that I become more involved in all aspects and support others by other positive things. Some communities such as Hive Learners also require their members to give positive comments to each of the posts of other members who take part in the contest, so we can be more active and have an important role in the community and it really helps others and the community.
How to achieve my Goals ?
From the goals above, of course, I have prepared several ways to achieve them, including increasing the number of my posts, the quality of my posts, my involvement in the community and also on Hive, as well as increasing positive constructive comments to each member on the Hive platform. This is of course the main and most basic way that I have to take in these 3 months. I'm also trying to do Power Ups so that my goal of increasing my power in Platform Hive is carried out properly and this has been my main focus in these 3 months. Make quality posts and be active in contests and also obey the rules in the community and also the rules in the Hive platform so that I can get support and from that I can increase my Hive Power. I also get myself involved with others both in the contest and outside the contest, this needs to be done and on this Platform I don't just post my post and forget it while waiting for an upvote for my post, of course this is the wrong thing to do.
I will also learn from the seniors by watching and learning little by little from their posts. Of course, I have to be selective in terms of learning from other people's posts, because on the Hive platform there are many types of posts, even negative ones. Of course here I have to choose and try to learn and share the positive things that I get to the people around me. Not only on the Hive platform, I also have to increase my involvement in Discord by communicating and asking seniors what I don't understand.
Challenges I may face in achieving my goals.
Actually there are many challenges that I will face while trying to realize my goal of course. Trying to collect as much as 500 HP from 300 HP has made it quite difficult for me to carry it out, not to mention Upvotes which will affect all of these things. I am also required to make quality posts in order to get upvotes so that I can realize my goals and that is very difficult to achieve.
Apart from the Hive Power issue, I also have to involve myself in all activities and as much as possible not make me passive in the community, what I have to avoid now is to make a post, forget about it, and wait for the upvotes I get without doing anything. I also have to keep each of my posts free from plagiarism and this has become an absolute requirement, posting it again for some time in the future because I'm lazy to find content is something that is not justified. In order to avoid these things I have to be more active and also have to pay close attention to the posts I make on the Hive Platform, learning everything in Hive is also a challenge that I will face in the future, and of course I have to face it.
