Week 36 has just ended and this time we will enter week 37 and this week we will start the fun and bring the excitement in the next week. Week 37 is filled with interesting contests and will also attract more participants than in previous weeks. In this 37th week, we will start with a very interesting title in the first edition as well as the opening edition of this 37th week. In this first edition we will discuss talent and hard work, of course to master an ability or something, of course we are faced with these two things, and for those who have talent it is certainly an advantage, but those who work hard also cannot be underestimated. Each has a different way of mastering something and in this post I will share my opinion on this.
Humans are living beings who can do many things with their intelligence, imitate many things, and learn many things. Everything can be studied and learned by humans, and because of that, humans can be said to be the smartest creatures on this earth. However, every human being cannot do various things by himself, especially for those who do not have talent in the field they are involved in, therefore humans try and think as hard as possible to get what they want. Talking about talent, all humans are blessed by various talents in various fields, such as singing, painting, and so on. There are also people who are not gifted with talent in what they want but they work hard to achieve it, in this case we will surely find equal abilities from those who have talent and are also willing and work hard to achieve it.
Talent is certainly a gift for them in the field they want to work in and this is certainly very beneficial for them if they pursue it. Everyone's talent is certainly different, this is what sometimes makes someone chosen to pursue certain fields because of the talents they have. Talent makes them not really have to work hard for something, but it will be nil if they don't pay attention to it, because basically talent also needs to be honed and something that is not honed will become dull and even disappear. Talent itself is something that is developed, and in fact it needs to be developed. talent can also be lost if we do not hone it, because basically talent is also something that will not stick to us forever without any development and effort to keep it there.
In my opinion, the most important thing is how we can take advantage of the talents we have to benefit us and use them as far as possible so that we can surpass them. Talent is an opening path for us to master a field, the rest is how we make the most of it for our own benefit.
Unlike the case with those without talent, they have to work hard to achieve what they want, and sometimes they do it even more perfectly with those who have talent. A person who works hard with faith and determination will surely produce something to be proud of. Unlike people who have talent, they have abilities and it's just a matter of developing them. People who do not have talent of course have to start everything from scratch, and this is not an easy thing. Ease will overshadow those who have talent, and not for those who do not have talent, but thumbs up should still be given to those who do not have talent and work hard until their abilities match those who actually have talent. This is certainly very proud for those who do not have talent, therefore we must not underestimate those who do not have talent but have high confidence.
Logically, someone who has no talent but wants to cultivate something that is not their talent, of course they will definitely work hard to achieve it. Meanwhile, those who have talent in their field, do not necessarily want to pursue and develop their talents. These two attitudes will of course produce different results.
Even Bruce Lee himself was more afraid of those who practiced one move a thousand times than those who were able to practice a thousand moves at once. This certainly proves that hard work is highly valued and belief will definitely lead to success even for those who have no talent at all.
In essence, talent alone is not enough without hard work and wrapped with perseverance. It is okay for someone to have talent that has been there since they were born, however, they have to keep working hard so that their talent is not lost and still provides benefits for them. Talent from birth plus hard work makes something they do very perfect and this allows them to surpass it at any time.
But even so, those who work hard to achieve something are highly appreciated and applauded. They start from scratch, and they are not accompanied by inherent talent, this makes them have to work extra hard to match those who have talent of course. This requires experience, failure, and also a lot of trial so that they are successful in their field and can master it perfectly. A definite effort will not betray the results of course, and this is what they believe, and when they succeed, people will applaud and praise those who have talent of course. Sometimes, this hard work will also make them have new talents, and this is really an advantage for them in their own labors in the first place. In conclusion, whether those who have or do not have talent, they must work hard to maintain it and without hard work, even those who have talent will lose to those who do not have talent or who start everything from zero.
