I think downvoting is unnecessary, just not upvoting is enough.

I have only ever downvoted once, and after talking with the author, removed it...generally it does little more than steal from curators.

This downvote war nonsense and picking on people and wiping out their rewards simply because they are loosely associated with someone else in a war is BULLSH$&!!! Even worse that the trolls never seem to post or do anything other than vote...no recourse for the rest of us...definitely not an ideal situation and making it free made it worse.

Not only that, it has a chilling effect...I am afraid to even comment here for fear that bloom will start with me too.

I have like 5 different camillesteemer accounts that downvote me...not really sure why, but I think I upvoted a berniesanders post like 8 months ago.
