Nov. 15, 19: Working Around the House

Woke up at the buttcrack of dawn this morning. Did quite a bit of stuff on the blockchain...moved tokens, did some curating, and finally set up a snax account (should have done that way back, but I was skeptical).

Feeling a bit better than yesterday, but I’m losing even harder in the bitcoin market now, which doesn’t make me the most happiest of all times.

Another day of not going out. That’s two in a row without any real excuse other than it’s cold. 🤭. Got to get out tomorrow, for sure!!!

We’ll have to see. We have a contractor coming tomorrow to give us an estimate on extending the upstairs to add on a large master bedroom and another bathroom. Right now, the upstairs is completely torn apart, basically gutted so that I could pull out all the old insulation crap and the dangerous old wiring and replace it all.

Unfortunately, that means we currently don’t really have a proper bedroom or closets to put our clothes...the living room doubles as the bedroom. Would be nice to get that fixed.

Anyway, going to hopefully get an idea of how much it might cost and whether it’s even possible. For that reason, we kinda’ needed to straighten up a bit and be presentable for company, so I spent most of the day cleaning and tidying up and finishing up some little projects that hadn’t been done.

I even took apart my entire dresser drawers and threw out all the old socks and t-shirts and stuff that I don’t every really wear and organized it better. I have a whole empty drawer now, might be able to put away some of the pile in our makeshift closet. (Not that that really made the house any more presentable, but still, it’s something nearly accomplished 😁)

Did some research today and I think I might have a solid idea of how to code the bot for @solairitas. I didn’t get any coding actually done, but it shouldn’t be too hard to do (knock on wood).

The Steemmonsters season ended and we got rewards cards. Kind of a rough draw this time, only a few rare, and no epic or legendary. 😢. More food. Reset back to the bottom of Silver II and then caught a solid losing streak down into Silver I...fun times, fun times.

Still haven’t finished my daily quest for today. Life splinter is hard for me especially with crippled monsters. I’ll try and finish it up in the morning.
