Aug. 19, 20: Walking, Math, Birthday Dinner, and Games

Up fairly early today, quarter of six, but only a few minutes short of a full night, so I’m going to count it as good.

Not much to note during the usual morning dealeo. Cryptos still on a hardcore pullback, but I finally got fed up waiting and dumped all the BLURT I had...got another powerdown coming tomorrow anyway.

I headed into town and ran some errands. Only had a couple of places to go and didn’t need to stay inside very long, so I took the dog along for a ride. 😃

When I went by the puffity puff store, they gave me a birthday puff! 🥳💨 It’s all rolled and nicely sealed up...might save it for a special occasion. Oh, wait...🤣🤪

Didn’t really feel like going out cause it was friggin’ freezing, so I waited until later in the day. No #AutomaticWin, but put in a solid five kilometers nonetheless.

Not too bad by the time I got out there. ☀️

Didn’t end up taking too many photos, once again thinking about my thesis work, but I did get my daily sky shot:

Spent most of the afternoon working on my math. I got all the calculations done for the first of six images and started working on the first image. There are some amazing symmetries that are appearing! 🤩🤓

Not much else going on...went out and did some weeding and watered the garden for a bit.

In the evening Wenche went down to the local take out and got us some dinner for my birthday (41 today 🥳). I had a pulled pork sandwich with barbecue sauce and coleslaw on it. I thought it would be gross, but it was really good! 😋

I played my Splinterlands quest and then hit the hay early again. 😴

Another crimeless day in my dCity! 🤗 I should have enough SIM saved up to get another card now...maybe a Brewery or another Weed Farm, not sure.

Got my Holybread tasks done today. ✅

Solidly in the top ten today!!! 🏆💪

I got Dragon splinter for my Splinterlands quest today. I like that one, for sure! My Daria Dragonscale is leveled enough that I can hold my own with nearly every splinter. 😁

Finally got back into Champion! 🤩

Got the quest done in Champion III with a potion. Pretty good rewards today, got a few cards and a nice chunk of DEC:

Friggin’ Fitbit trophies are STILL not working properly! I wonder if the count will be all messed up or if they’ll reward them backwards whenever they fix the issue? I hate having to keep using the same photo over and over, especially when I still have my daily step goal steak going!!! 😡 Anyway, the photo I have will have to suffice.
