Lol..I kinda' knew what your the answer would be. I've watched the shows on the television with the bbq cook offs. I've never had or used a smoker but would love to one day. I'll take some good ribs any way but I agree about the Baby Backs..yummy but not much there. We've been getting the St Louis ribs which are meatier and (geez) it's been years since I've had a beef rib. I took photos the last couple times we made them but haven't posted them. Not true bbq though as they were made in the oven. They were still pretty good but I know the real thing is better. Used to be a place nearby but they closed a while ago..sigh. 🙂
