The following are some of the first photos that I took of a Robin this year.
Mind you, it's not the first Robin that I've seen this year but it is the first one that I've photographed this year.
I spotted this one up on a roof and thought I missed my opportunity to get a photo when it took off running across the roof.
I know! That last photo was terrible but it was running pretty fast and you know I just couldn't use that as my first or even my second photo in my post..lol. Lucky for me that it stopped right at the ridge of the roofing and I was able to get a few photos of it.
Once this Robin got up to the roof ridge it seemed happy enough to stay for a minute.
This is the last photo that I was able to take before the Robin flew off. I think it was eyeing up a nice branch to go perch on. I'm just happy that there were a lot of branches for the Robin to choose from so it made the decision for it a little harder which gave me a minute to click a few photos! 馃榿
