We had freezing rain yesterday afternoon and into the night which made for quite the dangerous mess outside. Today though, it got up to a balmy 48 degrees with sunshine! The temperature melted most of the ice that fell and schools were two hours late but able to open. Got out to run a couple of errands and it was a very comfortable temperature compared to the last two weeks so that was really something to smile about! Oh yeah! I took this photo of some really pretty orange flowers while I was out shopping. I don't know what kind they are as I didn't see a tag but they sure are pretty!!
