I am not sure about blockchain replacing the corporate sturcture. Because it it's essence, corporations limit the participation to a few. What I do give credit to blockchains is the fact that they have brought along the advent of the DAO - Decentralized Autonomous Organizations. Which yes, it is similar to public corporations.
