I think that the sexual arousal for us men is definitely a customary thing. If you have a stable partner and get a rhythm of daily sex, then yes, the body seems to expect an interaction everyday.
Then again, we also go through various phases where we do not want or seek interactions.
I also think every 7 seconds, a sexual thought is exaggerated.
