Hello. Traveling with family is so much fun and DOES take much more forethought.
I do not mean to intrude in your plans. It's just that as you were describing a "next place."

nice beach that we can go swimming in each day. I would like to take the family out snorkeling and possible do some diving as well.

I could think of one place that is exactly that. Roatan, Honduras. A much better diving/snorkeling destination than any of the places you mentioned.
I am biased since I live here part of the year, but it is a true Caribbean wonder. Yet still small and not yet overdeveloped.
